Two services

Start with the request you already have.

01 · Exact-MPN

One complete part number.

We settle the full MPN, quantity and packing, then compare source options on the same terms — before anything is purchased.

Exact-MPN workflow

02 · Low-Volume BOM

Several suppliers. One handoff.

We clean each line, coordinate approved purchases to Shenzhen, and export as one shipment with one set of documents.

BOM workflow

After the RFQ

Four steps. One owner.

01

Clarify

Complete MPN and quantity first. Missing suffixes come back as questions, not prices.

02

Source

Each line is re-checked against the holding source on the day we quote.

03

Approve

Source tier, packing, date code and remaining limits stay visible until you sign off.

04

Dispatch

Receiving checks in Shenzhen, then general-trade export under our own name.

Receiving

Seen in Shenzhen. Written down.

Quantity, marking, packing and a signed Level 1 report travel with the goods.

Incoming Level 1 visual inspection in Shenzhen: components on an ESD tray examined under a magnifier beside a written report.
Incoming check against the approved order.
Close-up of a GigaDevice microcontroller in a waffle tray, with the full part number, lot code and date code legible.
Full marking, lot and date code.
Component carrier forms on the receiving bench: waffle trays, tubes and cut tape.
Carrier form recorded before packing.

Source & Quality

From the work

What buyers notice.

Two of the fourteen lines we sent were incomplete part numbers. That came back as a question before anything was quoted, which is not what usually happens.

Purchasing, industrial automation Germany

What I needed was one shipment and one set of export documents instead of six suppliers. That is what arrived.

Procurement, test & measurement Netherlands

They told us the independent-market option carried limited batch evidence before we approved it, not after. We took it anyway, with our eyes open.

Supply chain, embedded systems United Kingdom

Briefly

Three questions we get first.

Are you an authorized distributor?

MPNBridge is an independent distributor, not a franchised one. Every quotation states the source tier for each line — authorized channel, or disclosed independent market — so you always know which one you are buying.

How is availability confirmed?

Each quoted line is re-checked against the holding source on the day we quote, and again before the purchase order is released. Nothing is priced from a cached list, and supplier stock is never presented as our own.

Can I upload a confidential BOM?

Yes. The full RFQ form accepts one XLSX, XLS, CSV or PDF BOM up to 10 MiB and delivers it straight to our business mailbox. Send only what the initial review needs.

Start with the essentials

Start with one complete MPN.

Send the part number, quantity and your work email. We will collect the rest in follow-up.
