Shenzhen · exact MPN · small BOM

Component sourcing with the source, limits and next step made clear.

Send a complete manufacturer part number or a 5–30 line BOM. MPNBridge coordinates China-side inquiries, separates source options, receives approved purchases in Shenzhen and consolidates the handoff.

  • Full MPN before price comparison
  • Authorized and independent options kept separate
  • Current checks described without overclaiming

MPNBridge is an independent sourcing service—not a franchised distributor or inventory marketplace. Supplier stock is never presented as our own.

Two focused services

Start with the request you already have.

The website does not ask you to browse a catalogue. It helps us establish the exact requirement before anyone treats a search result as a quotation.

01 · EXACT MPN

One part number—or a few difficult lines

We clarify the complete MPN, quantity, packing, date requirements and destination; then compare suitable source options and their limitations.

02 · SMALL BOM

Five to thirty lines split across suppliers

We clean each line, track its status, coordinate approved purchases and bring them to one Shenzhen receiving point before consolidation.

Use us where coordination matters

A useful sourcing contact—not an extra layer on every order.

Good fit

  • A complete MPN needs a China-side source comparison.
  • A small BOM is fragmented across several suppliers.
  • You want source limitations stated before approval.
  • You need one receiving and consolidation point in Shenzhen.
  • You can provide a real company identity, destination and intended use.

Probably not needed

  • A common active part is already available from an authorized distributor you can use directly.
  • You only want a lowest-price screenshot without comparable source and trade terms.
  • You need supplier stock represented as MPNBridge inventory.
  • You need a substitution made without your engineering approval.
  • The buyer, payer, consignee, destination or end use cannot be explained.

A four-step handoff

What happens after you send an RFQ.

01

Clarify

Confirm company identity, full MPN, quantity, destination, date, source preference and intended use.

02

Source

Establish an authorized-channel baseline where available, then consider approved alternatives case by case.

03

Compare

Keep price, source type, packing, lead time, documents and remaining uncertainty visible.

04

Coordinate

Purchase only after approval, receive in Shenzhen, perform the agreed checks, record exceptions and consolidate.

Illustrative output

A comparison that keeps unlike sources unlike.

This format is an example only. It is not inventory, a quotation or an offer.

Full MPN Quantity Source type Packing / date code Documents Availability Limit / next step
DEMO-MPN-001 500 Authorized baseline Reel / confirm Per quoted source Reconfirm before order Compare landed terms
DEMO-MPN-002 200 Independent, disclosed Tray / limited data Not yet established Supplier claim only Enhanced review or no quote

Current receiving checks

Visible, repeatable and limited.

Current checks cover quantity, labels, full MPN, manufacturer marking, package form, date/lot code, obvious visible anomalies and a photographic receiving record.

These checks reduce obvious receiving errors. They do not prove internal die authenticity, full electrical performance or solderability.

Medical life-support or automotive safety-critical applications

Restricted parties, sanctioned destinations or concealed end users

04

Relabelling, falsified documents, false origin declarations or export-control evasion

05

Transactions where the payer, buyer, consignee or end user cannot be reasonably explained

Common questions

Know what the service is before you inquire.

Are you an authorized distributor?

No. MPNBridge is an independent sourcing service. A quotation may include a documented authorized source for a specific line, but that does not make MPNBridge a franchised distributor.

Do you hold stock?

No. We source on demand. Availability and price are supplier information that must be reconfirmed before an order.

Why not buy directly from DigiKey or Mouser?

You should buy directly from an authorized distributor when it has the required part, quantity and terms. MPNBridge is useful when a line needs China-side source comparison, a small BOM is fragmented across suppliers, or you need one Shenzhen receiving and consolidation point.

Can you guarantee that a component is authentic?

No blanket authenticity claim is made. The quotation and order record should state the source, available evidence, agreed checks and unresolved risk.

What checks do you perform?

Current receiving checks cover quantity, labels, full MPN, manufacturer marking, package form, date and lot codes, obvious visible anomalies and a photographic record. They do not prove internal die authenticity, full electrical performance or solderability.

Can I upload a confidential BOM?

Not on the public first-contact form. Submit your company identity and basic scope first; after KYC, we can agree a controlled transfer method for the complete BOM.

What makes an RFQ quote-ready?

Manufacturer, complete MPN with suffixes, quantity, required date, destination, source preference and intended use. Packing and date-code requirements should be included when they matter.
