Website & RFQ Terms
These terms explain what the website and RFQ form do—and what they do not establish. Transaction-specific quotations and contracts take priority.
These website terms are a practical first-release draft, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review or a transaction contract.
1. Website identity and role
MPNBridge is an independent sourcing service. It is not a manufacturer, franchised distributor, public inventory marketplace, laboratory or engineering design authority unless a transaction document expressly states a different role for a specific service.
2. Website information is not an offer
Website examples, source categories, workflows and sample tables are explanatory only. They are not inventory statements, quotations, offers, product recommendations, promises of availability or guarantees of delivery.
3. An RFQ is not an accepted order
Submitting an RFQ records a request for review. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, lock a price, establish credit, confirm compliance or obligate MPNBridge to quote. We may ask for additional company, end-use, destination or transaction information before proceeding.
4. Part numbers and substitutions
The buyer is responsible for confirming the complete manufacturer part number, suffix, package, electrical requirement and application suitability. No substitute or alternate is approved unless the buyer's authorized technical contact confirms it in writing.
5. Source and availability
Source status applies to the supplier and evidence described in a specific quotation. Supplier availability, price, date code, packing, documents and lead time may change and must be reconfirmed before purchase. An authorized-source option in one quotation does not imply that MPNBridge holds a general brand authorization.
6. Checks and remaining risk
Current receiving checks cover visible and documentary consistency only to the extent stated in the applicable quotation or order record. Visual checks cannot prove die authenticity, complete electrical performance, solderability or application compliance. If a request depends on assurance beyond the current stated capability, MPNBridge may pause or decline it.
7. Commercial and shipping terms
Price, currency, payment, quote validity, taxes, Incoterms, importer of record, freight, insurance, warranty, returns, NCNR status and liability are confirmed in the transaction-specific quotation or contract. No website wording should be read as a standing DDP, tax, customs or warranty promise.
8. KYC, export controls and prohibited requests
We may decline or stop work on requests involving:
- Military, police, aerospace or nuclear end use
- Medical life-support or automotive safety-critical applications
- Restricted parties, sanctioned destinations or concealed end users
- Relabelling, falsified documents, false origin declarations or export-control evasion
- Transactions where the payer, buyer, consignee or end user cannot be reasonably explained
The buyer must provide accurate information about the company, payer, consignee, destination, end user and intended use. MPNBridge may request additional evidence or decline a request without disclosing internal screening methods.
9. Confidential information
Do not submit confidential files through the public form. If a request passes initial screening, the parties may agree a controlled method for exchanging a full BOM or other sensitive material. Marking information confidential does not create a separate non-disclosure agreement.
10. Intellectual property
Website copy and presentation may not be republished as if they were another company's service. Manufacturer names and part numbers, when mentioned, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or authorization.
11. Liability and transaction documents
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website use is at the visitor's own risk. Any allocation of responsibility, remedy, liability cap, governing law or dispute process will be stated in the applicable quotation, purchase terms or contract. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed or accepted transaction document controls.
12. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to info@mpnbridge.com. These terms may be revised when the legal entity, services or transaction process changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
